Distinguished Compatriots,

I extend my sincere and heartfelt congratulation to all of you on the 29th anniversary of the grand holiday in the modern history of our country, i.e., the State Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan, and wish every resident of our state prosperity, happy life, success, and further achievements.

Our people gained state independence and began to build their own national state 29 years ago. The beginning of independence and the first steps towards building an independent Tajik state fell on a very difficult period in the history of our people. Through the fault of the traitors and enemies of the Tajik nation and their foreign patrons, our newly independent Tajikistan received an acutely sensitive blow as a result of the imposed civil war. At the time, when we did not even have the symbols of our independent state, and our people were making its first steps towards independence and freedom, traitors to the Motherland - those who sold their honor and conscience, dragged Tajikistan into a whirlpool of political confrontation and armed clashes.

     Ваҳдати миллӣ, ки моро тӯли 23 сол ба роҳ ба сӯи музаффарият мебарад ва ҳамасола кишвари мо аз таъриху файзу баракати ин рӯзи нусратофарин бо баҳрамандӣ осудаву ободтар мегардад, қисмати неку хуҷастаи миллату халқи мост.
     Вақте мо суханро дар бораи Ваҳдати миллӣ ва сулҳу созандагӣ оғоз мекунем, беихтиёр симои хирадмандонаи Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ – Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмонро пеши назари меоварем, зеро маҳз ба туфайли кӯшишу талошҳои шабонарӯзии эшон 27-уми июни соли 1997 Созишномаи истиқрори сулҳ ва ризояти миллӣ дар шаҳри Маскав ба имзо расид ва ба қавли устод Лоиқи зиндаёд «ҷанги девонавори мо гузаштаву Сулҳи деринтизори мо омад».
     Филми мустанади таърихии «Хиёнат», ки тариқи шабакаи «Телевизиони Тоҷикистон» пахш гардид, пеш аз ҳама, ҳодисаҳои нангину даҳшатовари солҳои 90-уми ҷанги шаҳрвандиро бо тахрибкориву беадолатиҳояш пеши назар меорад, вале ҳар як фарди солимфикри насли замони истиқлоламон дигар намегузорад, ки ин рӯзҳои фоҷиаовар ба сари халқи тоҷик ояду осмони софу беғубори моро бо дуди тиру туфанг тира гардонад ва халқ боз сарсону саргардон шавад.

     Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ- Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон дар яке аз баромадҳояшон чунин гуфтаанд: «Ҳар як фарди бедордили ҷомеа, ҳар як шаҳрванди бонангу номуси Тоҷикистон, ки барояш Ватан ва сарзамини аҷдодӣ қадру манзалат дорад, бояд сулҳу ваҳдатро чун гавҳараки чашм ҳифз карда, барои ободиву пешрафти кишвар ҷаҳду талош намояд».
     Ваҳдати миллӣ ҳамчун омили муттаҳидсозандаи миллати тоҷик имкон фароҳам овард, ки бо истифодаи арзишҳои аз ҷониби ҷомеаи ҷаҳонӣ пазируфташуда дар кишварамон таҳкурсии ташаккули ҷомеаи шаҳрвандӣ гузошта шуда, барои беҳтар гардидани сатҳу сифати зиндагии мардум, ободии Ватан ва ояндаи давлати соҳибистиқлоламон заминаи мусоид муҳайё гардад.

ДУШАНБЕ, 20.02.2020. /АМИТ «Ховар»/. «Баъзе мушкилоти забони давлатӣ дар китобҳои дарсӣ» — таҳти чунин унвон пагоҳ, 21 феврал, соати 10:00 дар толори Кумитаи забон ва истилоҳоти назди Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон машварат доир мегардад. Кумитаи забон ва истилоҳоти ҷумҳурӣ  аз ташкилкунанагони асосии он ба шумор меравад.

Тавре Раиси Кумитаи забон ва истилоҳоти назди Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, профессор  Олимҷон Муҳаммадҷонзода ба хабарнигори АМИТ «Ховар» Мавҷуда Анварӣ иброз намуд, машварат ба Рӯзи байналмилалии забони модарӣ, ки ҳамасола 21 феврал дар ҷаҳон таҷлил мегардад, бахшида мешавад.

«Забон сарчашма, калиди ҳамаи маънавиёт ва сарвати маънавии инсон ба шумор меравад, ки он барои камолот ва ташаккули инсонҳо дар рӯҳияи инсонпарварӣ хидмат мекунад. With the purpose of a comprehensive presentation, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan approved the symbol for the celebration of the Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts, 2019 – 2021.

The symbol was prepared by the artists, designers and teachers of the Tajik State Institute of Fine Arts and Design. The emblem is surrounded by the colors od the state flag. Two other additional spherical green lines and seven stars represent national symbols. On both sides of the symbol, the word Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts, 2019-2021 is written in Tajik and English.

The main element of the symbol is displayed at the center of the circle, – the mountains of Tajikistan, the shining sun, and the unique beauty of rural life, highways, tunnels and tourists as a symbol of tourism development, rubob (national musical instrument), earthen jug, pomegranates and grapes as a symbol of agricultural development. All this is the embodiment of the fact that Tajikistan, with its unusually beautiful nature, is recognized as the land of delicious fruits.

The image is decorated with national ornaments, which is a reflection of folk crafts. Dams, tunnels, roads and fruits represent Tajikistan’s four strategic goals, – ensuring energy independence, breaking the communication deadlock, food security and acceleration of industrialization.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan approved the symbol of the upcoming celebration of the 30 anniversary of state independence.

The symbol was prepared by the artists, designers and teachers of the Tajik State Institute of Fine Arts and Design.

On both sides of the symbol, the word “State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan” is written in Tajik and English, and the years of the establishment of independence of Tajikistan and its 30 anniversary – 1991 – 2021 is displayed in numbers.

The number 30 on a gold background with the national flag is depicted at the center of the symbol. On the upper part is the symbol of Tajik statehood -the crown, which stands on the base of snow mountains.

The lower part of the symbol illustrates the country’s significant achievements, in particular the strategic goals of the government, the development path of the country and hydro units.

Evergreen trees, valleys, foothills and gardens are depicted in the middle of the symbol as a sign of rural development which also reflect the paradisical nature of our country. The crown, number 30, clear sky and mountains reflect the atmosphere of peace and stability of independent Tajikistan.

This year is recorded as another successful year with the achievements and progress made by our people in the history of independent Tajikistan.

Implementation of activities mentioned in the “National Development Strategy of Tajikistan to 2030” and “Mid-term Development Program of Tajikistan for 2016-2020” facilitated making firm steps in achieving our supreme objective, i.e. improving the living standards of the noble people on Tajikistan.

In 2019, the real growth of GDP made 7.5% and this indicator was achieved through increased production of industrial products by 13.4%, agricultural products by 7.1%, trade by 8% and fee-based services by 1.6%.

During the last seven years, the average annual growth of the country’s economy constituted 7% and the GDP increased from 45.6 billion TJS in 2013 to 78 billion TJS in 2019.

In this period, the public budget increased by almost two times and reached 23 billion TJS in 2019 against 12 billion TJS in 2013. During these years, the population income increased by more than two times and the average salary of every employee did so by 2.4 times. The outstanding savings in the banking system in 2019 accounted to more than 9.5 billion TJS and it has increased by 45% during the last seven years.
